Bonus & Turnover

1. A bonus (such as a deposit bonus) goes straight into your main wallet and you can play with it right away.
2. A deposit bonus (such as the Welcome Bonus or Daily Bonus) only applies if a single deposit is at least RM 30 — deposits below that still go through, just without a bonus.
3. A deposit bonus can only be picked while your main wallet balance is under RM 1.
4. If your balance won't drop below RM 1, you can use "Clear to Zero" once your wallet is under RM 5 to zero out your main wallet (your bonus balance isn't touched) — after that you're under RM 1 again and can claim a bonus.
5. Before you can withdraw it, you need to bet a total amount (deposit + bonus) that reaches a set multiple — this rule is called "turnover".
6. Before you've bet enough, the money stays in your wallet — it isn't taken away, you can keep playing, and the restriction lifts automatically once you've bet enough.
7. While you have bonus money with turnover still to complete, play is restricted to slot games only — this keeps the turnover calculation simple and fair, it is not a ban.
8. Most offers are claimed directly on the Promotions page or selected during deposit; some (like referral commission or VIP rewards) are recorded as "pending claim" — go to the Reward Center under the Me tab to claim them, and pending claims never expire.
